The second of two films covering the fourth season of SailGP is a documentary investigation into the mental and psychological factors required by a SailGP athlete to perform at the highest level of the sport. Filmed around the planet and concluding at the season 4 final round in San Francisco, the film will feature revealing in-depth interviews with Ben Ainslie, Tom Slingsby, Hannah Mills and Peter Burling as they shed light on the data analysis, physical preparation and mental coaching required to pilot an F50 foiling multihull to the absolute limit of performance.

Filmed at some of the most idyllic waterside locations, The Spirit of Yachting XXIII series tells the stories behind the races and reveals the passion, emotion and dedication needed to take part in the world‘s premier yachting competitions. The seven shows follow the sport‘s greatest regattas through the eyes of all those involved.
